computer dummy review
I am not one to spit out specs and such about computers. Reality is I am a stay at home mom and my oldest son answers all my computer questions if I have any. I bought this laptop only because it was cute and in my price range. I love to write and thought this would make my writing so much easier (instead of going back to paper (the old school notebooks!). So from a computer dummy's point of view: This pink laptop is awesome! The size is absolutely adorable and fits perfectly in my hobo bag (it also comes with a protective case). All I did was turn it on and I was on the internet within 5 minutes (takes a few minutes to set up the new computer). The screen is clear and I have no trouble with the size. The keyboard and mouse work like a gem. I am so happy with my purchase that I am going to invest in another one for my oldest child. And did I mention how darn cute it is?!
So close, Yet so FAR
See my review of Samsung NC10. I loved this but had real problems seeing type and took a lot of time adjusting font's to compensate. Then the fan noise got to me, the overheating and all the negative things so well spoken to here already.
No need for me to rehash the beaten to death negatives. The good points are NOT to be ignored either. It's just the difference in usability and comfort to the eyes on this screen verses a 10.2 inch screen has to be seen to be believed! Once you compare the two, you will never go with an 8.9" screen.....EVER!
